The Tao of Jace

Well, Jessie, I work at AccuTel’s Remarketing Center. They’re owned by GMAC, and I’m the Technical Support Specialist over the 6th floor. It’s really a pretty good job, and now that I’ve got my first big paycheck (>$1000 gross, but damn that Social Security) it’s a really good job. So that’s the job. Any other questions about it? I know I haven’t said too much about it.

Well Sunday is Mandy’s birthday and we’re looking to have a whole lot of fun on Saturday night. She’s going to be having fun all weekend, but I only get her on Saturday. Her roommates will be partying with her on Friday night. Is it wrong of me to want to be there with them? I don’t want say I don’t trust her and her roommates, because I do; but I’ve got nothing else to do, I’m fun, so why not hang out with me too? As it is, I remain uninvited. It sucks that I’ll be at home. Alone. with nothing to do while she’s partying with her friends. Am I wrong to feel this way? Really, I want to know. I don’t want to smother her or anything, but…

Well, back to work…

Well, the job’s going well. 6am is awful early, but it pays well (as I should find out moreso on the 21st [first bigger paycheck]). Getting off at 3ish is really kinda nice, though.

Finished reading the 4th Harry Potter book and will be buying the 5th to read @ revival tonight. I know it’s heresy, but I really just don’t like the evangelist. Need something to keep me occupied.

My uncle seems to have wised up (you don’t know that story, but this is a very good thing), and my dad’s got some news that I can’t share yet. Lots of weird things gonna happen soon.

I’m looking at getting a new vehicle soon. Either a Tahoe or a Solstice. The Solstice is uber-cool, and I would likely get tons of chicks with it, but I don’t really need that. The Tahoe is also cool, but it’s an SUV, and I’m tired of those. What’d'you think?
