Wade: Didn’t build the CMS. I hate this one. It’s ugly and not cool with logs and the like. I know I’m a nerd, though. And I saved, like, $6 so I only spent $10 to not look like a nerd. But I finished the book last night. Now I’m looking at getting “NERD” tattooed on my 4head. Gonna buy the next book 2nite. Back to work…
All right, so work is getting boring. Nothing great, no news, same old crap. Oh well. Pay’s decent at least.

New iPods. I’m prolly gonna buy one, they’re wicked cool. Less than a month away from Mandy’s b-day, so will probably have to wait for it. We’ll see.
So I’m gonna end up moving to my new server soon, but I’ve got some other stuff I’ve got to get set up first. Should be fun. Allitode.com will be back up, with a new domain coming: thetaoofjace.com. Yep, probably gonna redesign again as I don’t really like how wordpress messed with this one. And I’m not really diggin’ it anymore. A ver.
I’m a nerd, too. Bought the first Harry Potter book yesterday, and now I’m half way through it. I had to buy Fight Club DVD too so as not to make myself look like a complete freak. Or they saw right through it. Who knows?

Got the interview. Think it went very well. I think I’ve got the best shot of all the people I know who got interviews. We’ll see.
So I got my first formal PND (performance evaluation) today. I kicked ass. I got a 5 (of 5) in one category, my current supervisor says he’s only seen one (mine) and only heard of one more. I got a 4 overall, with 3 being the goal. Translation: I look good to my bosses, which may help in the promotion, and I’ll be getting a raise, even without the promotion. Our VP has to approve PNDs and he actually wrote me a note saying I did a good job. Freaky cool.
So work doesn’t suck so bad anymore, and I’m actually kind of enjoying it. I like pissing of loyal GMAC customers and telling them I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do. Kinda fun. No news of promotion, yet. Letcha know when I know.
Well, better get back to work…

So remember that Tech Support position I wanted so badly? Turns out our main techie quit yesterday, and the position is now available again! I had 4 supervisors talk to me about it yesterday. I’m putting in my application today, after a wee bit of polishing; and we’ll see how it goes!
Go see Mr and Mrs Smith. It kicks all sorts of ass, and there’s a love story in it for you sappy people. Here’s my synopsis: any chick-flick where the couple’s unhappy but secretly wants to get back to happy, meets Die Hard. Wicked cool.
And Brinkster does support domain name only accounts, and I should get $85 badly needed dollars back in my account soon. YAY! Which means allitode.com is actually pointing to nothing right now. mmmm. Better fix that.
