Tracking. Blah.
So I’m being moved to a new department at work: Customer Tracking. Basically, the customer (a GMAC customer) calls in to complain that we’re charging too much on their lease returns. We say either, “no, we’re not, Stupid-Head”, or “Whoa! Our bad, lemme fix that for ya”. Not looking forward to it. Oh well.
